Greetings from the President …

What a BLESSING and a JOY to welcome you to the newly established Web site of the Monmouth County Alumnae Chapter (MCAC) Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I am exceptionally honored and excited about the progress we have made updating this Web site during my first year as President. Many, many THANKS to our Technology Task Force for its ingenuity and dedication in helping to make this come to fruition. Our goal in designing this website is to inform the cyber-world about the mission and goals of our illustrious organization. Please take the time to peruse the site for a glimpse into our history and involvement in the community.

I am extremely proud of the work the 60+ members of MCAC are performing in our community. On June 24, 1967, the Monmouth County Alumnae Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was founded through the bond and love of the sisterhood formulated during the college days of our founding members. It was decided then that a commitment to render service would be the greatest priority of this chapter. This legacy still stands today. Our chapter is diverse in age, background and profession. We share a common bond of SISTERHOOD, SCHOLARSHIP AND SERVICE. The fortitude of Delta is active and known throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
